About John: He has been working with gurus from all continents since 20+ years to develop an understanding of our reality. He is an expert on meditation and awareness and has been sharing his know-how in this field with individuals from a diverse range of cultural and professional backgrounds. About music for relaxation and improving brain power: Music for meditation and relaxation should ideally be more than 60 minutes to be fully effective. However, there is one very important issue being overlooked in meditation music: meditation changes your reality, hence meditating more than 15 minutes requires the physical presence of a meditation master with you to assure that you are in a safe environment. Let us repeat: to meditate more than one hour you either need to be a meditation guru/expert yourself, or if you are a beginner, you need to do your meditation under the guidance of a guru. It is for this reason that our relaxation music is less than 15 minutes: to assure that you can safely work on it by yourself. We often get the question "how can meditation be unsafe ?" Here we need to remind that true meditation is a tool to change the reality. We are living in a multi-dimensional universe, changing dimensions (and meditation is a "movement" between dimensions) without having the know-how and skills may result with negative outcomes.
